About the Museum
Step on board a restored vintage trolley car at the historic Isle of Safety and enjoy a relaxing 20-30 minute, 3-mile round-trip ride through the countryside with a trolley operator in period uniform. The Teresalee Bertinuson Visitor Center offers activities for younger visitors, trolley cars and electric traction vehicles, historical information about the Hartford and Springfield Street Railway, gift shop, and vending machines.
Discount Information
With a library pass, included patrons gain admission to the CT Trolley Museum, and one ride on an antique trolley during their visit. Admission to the CT Fire Truck Museum is also included! During
general admission days, patrons visit at no charge. Patrons enjoy a 50% discount off admission during some special events* such as Winterfest, Pumpkin Patch, Superhero & Princess Day, and more as listed on our
calendar.
Library passes can only be used once a day during the week, once on a Saturday, and once on a Sunday. DURING SOME SPECIAL EVENTS SUCH AS WINTERFEST & PUMPKIN PATCH, PATRONS RECEIVE A 50% DISCOUNT ON ADMISSION. THE PASS CAN NOT BE USED FOR Curse of the Rails, Storytime Trolley, Storytime with Santa, Elf on the Elgin & Breakfast with Characters. The pass entitles patrons to one Trolley ride. To visit the Museum during a Special Event, patrons likely need to pre-register at www.ct-trolley.org/tickets.

To purchase your discounted tickets for qualifying special events:
1. Visit the Connecticut Trolley Museum website at www.ct-trolley.org/tickets;
2. Click "Order Now" on the event you would like to get tickets for;
3. Click "Enter Membership Code" in the top right corner;
4. Click "Use Membership Code" and enter the Kent Memorial Library's code: 708859GZ0T and click "Continue";
5. Follow the rest of the prompts to select the date you reserved the library museum pass for, ticket options, trolley time and enter your payment information.
6. When you visit the Connecticut Trolley Museum, you MUST bring the pass from Kent Memorial Library. You will NOT be admitted into the museum without this.
When booking a museum pass

Password = Same Password for the Library Catalog

This pass is available for pickup starting the first day it is reserved. Passes are not available prior to their reservation date.
